If at any time we expect system outages (upgrades and maintenance) we will inform you in a timely manner. Most system maintenance and upgrades will be scheduled at night, in order to provide the least amount of disruption.

If at any time, our servers have downtime of more than 1 hour (continuous), we will refund you 10% of your monthly bill per hour of downtime. We will constantly monitor the system in order to maintain the least amount of downtime possible.
