We want to provide you with real answers that don't confuse you with
fancy jargon or lingo.

Honesty - Under no circumstance will we mislead, or misrepresent who
we are and what we do. Among our efforts to provide quality web-hosting
is to be honest and informative with our clients. If at any time we
expect system outages (upgrades and maintenance) we will inform you
in a timely manner. Most system maintenance and upgrades will be scheduled
at night, in order to provide the least amount of disruption.
3)
Reliability - We expect to provide service with near 100% uptime.
Don't be fooled by anybody who guarantees 100% uptime. If they are,
they are not performing system maintenance (i.e. applying security patches)
or upgrades. Our servers run Linux® , which we feel is the best
OS for hosting. It is not subjective to the numerous worms or viii that
attack Windows® servers. If at any time, our servers have downtime
of more than 1 hour (continuous), we will refund you 10% of your monthly
bill per hour of downtime. We will constantly monitor the system in
order to maintain the least amount of downtime possible.

Value - We will strive to stay competitive in the marketplace. Please
be wary of the "Dollar Host". It is impossible to be productive
for the number of clients that they may need to support. We feel our
prices are inline with today's current market and we offer plenty of
